6 Week jumpstart






Learning to be comfortable being uncomfortable. Doing exercises and movements that you never thought were possible. With our Strength and Conditioning program to not only work the cardiovascular system, but developing lean body mass as well.

Once you spend a week at Spark we will promise you that you will be addicted! Class structure will vary day to day focusing on functional strength and conditioning movements. Utilizing Kettlebells, Barbells, TRX, and good old fashion Body Weight movements. Coaches are always on staff helping you perfect technique and breathing habits to make sure that you get everything out of your workouts safely and effectively.


At Spark Fitness you will find coaches that are very knowledgeable but more importantly, very passionate and dedicated to helping you reach your goals.
